Sen is an assistant that generates documents and stores them in Google Drive. This policy explains what data Sen accesses and how it is used.
Sen requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
scope. This grants access exclusively to files and folders that Sen itself
creates. Sen cannot see, read, or modify any other file in the Google
Account's Drive.
Sen uses this access solely to create and update documents inside a dedicated Drive folder and to return a shareable link to the authorized recipients. Sen never uses Google data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
The Google OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted at rest and used only to obtain short-lived access tokens, which are held in memory. Document field values are stored in the application's own database to render files.
We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties. Generated documents are shared only with the people the operator designates.
You may revoke Sen's access at any time from your Google Account under Security → Third-party access (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access invalidates the stored token immediately. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.
Sen's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
